Mill Creek, WA.- Lorinda’s Salon, Spa and Store Educators Sandy Bronn and Joey Nelson attended the Living Lab at Bennie and Friends in Louisville, Kentucky on February 20.

This all-day workshop provided an inside viewpoint of BennieFactor’s successful and innovative business processes, opportunities and team culture. The information focused on enhanced customer service, communication and consultation protocols and creating guest events for client appreciation. Bronn and Nelson were invited to join a group of 20 salon educators from around the United States for the full-day workshop.

“This training has improved our customer service skills while honoring the unique styles and values of our guest. We are committed to consistent team-based services that are provided in a warm, nurturing atmosphere. This training has helped solidify this commitment,” explained Nelson.

As members of the Education Team at Lorinda’s Salon, Spa and Store, Nelson and Bronn are responsible for innovation, fine tuning, and improving all skill certification and advanced training programs.
