Mill Creek, WA.- Lorinda Warner, owner of Lorinda’s Salon, Spa and Store provided a three-day salon-industry seminar at the Salon Services Academy in Renton, Washington. Salon Manager and Massage Therapist LeeAnn Johnson of Lorinda’s Salon, Spa and Store was also an attendee.
The seminar, called Strategies Business Series 4.0, is the first in a four-part series of graduate-level Strategies courses. The training was held April 5-7 at the Salon Services Corporate Training Theatre. Warner has served as the Director of Education for Strategies since 2007.
The three-day seminar focused on a leadership mantra, “no compromise” that Strategies founder Neil Ducoff first articulated over ten years ago while teaching The Strategies Incubator. Since then, “no-compromise leadership” has evolved into a revered business philosophy and a best-selling business book. In Strategies Business Series 4.0 Warner presents the most in-depth exploration of the thinking and behaviors that drive the four business outcomes as the “no-compromise leadership” philosophy is unveiled.
This seminar is unique in that it focuses squarely on the thinking and behaviors that drive each of the four business outcomes. This approach not only targets the systems themselves, but also challenges salon owners and managers as no-compromise leaders to ensure that constant momentum never wavers.
“This first seminar out of the four-part series focuses on productivity. I press the attendees to take a hard look at how they operate and manage their businesses in an effort to help them break through productivity barriers. It is a very exciting and insightful process, and I’m honored to play a role in guiding their success,” explained Warner.
Warner is the owner of Lorinda’s Salon, Store and Spa in Mill Creek, Washington. This year marks the 25th anniversary of the business, and Warner has applied the concepts and methodologies provided by Strategies to achieve industry-recognized success. Lorinda’s Salon, Spa and Store is committed to helping guests feel beautiful and valued while working together and exceeding guest expectations, all in anticipation of the next visit.
In addition to owning Lorinda’s Salon and serving as Director of Education for Strategies, Warner holds Bachelors Degrees in Accounting and Finance from Central Washington University.
Strategies was founded by Neil Ducoff, one of the most respected minds in business education for more than 30 years. Throughout the company’s initial history, Strategies entrenched its expertise in the professional salon, spa, hotel resort and medical spa industries, delivering Fortune 500 business systems to a core group of service industries where there was—and still is—a rich demand for progressive business training and consulting.
With growth comes evolution. Given the synergy between Strategies' core business teachings and those being used in today’s leading corporate environments, demand started to increase for Strategies’ coaching and education services across a wide array of businesses.
